Produced by Emilio Larrosa, the novela stars Laura León and Andrés García as well as an ensemble cast and tells the story of four couples who live in the same apartment building.

Raja is not impressed with his wife Lakshmi who is unsophisticated. He abandons her and moves to Delhi. Lakshmi then decides to improve her lifestyle and become educated and suave.

Rasaiyya, an army man, grows up thinking that his father and sister died in an accident. However, when he learns that they both were tortured and killed by a rich landlord, he decides to seek revenge.

A naive Velu arrives at his uncle's house after his mother's death only to get neglected by his aunt. Soon, a woman named Panchavarnam falls for him, but the notorious Rajalingam sets his eyes on her.

The main lead of the film is a bodyguard for his village and falls in love with simple girl who lives in the same village.
